Bond Espresso is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. All sales and purchases are made directly with Bond Espresso.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

By using our Services, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your country and have the right to enter into these terms.

To use certain features, you may be asked to create an account and provide accurate information, including email, billing, and shipping details. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. Accounts are non-transferable.

2. Products and Availability

We strive to accurately represent our products, but colours, images, or descriptions may vary due to screen settings or device type. Product information, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until we confirm them and have processed payment. Please review your order carefully, as cancellations may not be possible once an order is confirmed.

All purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in GBP and exclude shipping, taxes, and customs fees unless stated. Prices and promotions may change without notice. You agree to provide accurate payment information and are responsible for all charges, including shipping, taxes, and applicable fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer flat-rate shipping of £60 via pallet delivery. Once your order is confirmed, we will email you with full shipping details.

We aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days, but this may take longer during busy periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk passes to you.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

6.1 Change of Mind Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a change of mind. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping using a tracked method. Returns must be approved by us first via info@bondespresso.co.uk. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

6.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@bondespresso.co.uk. Do not send the item back without confirmation. All products have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults.

6.3 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU customers, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

6.4 Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may take longer. If 15 business days have passed without a refund, contact info@bondespresso.co.uk.

6.5 Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return and new purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, graphics, and product designs, is owned by Bond Espresso or its licensors. You may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use, including reproduction or distribution, requires our written consent.
