Refund policy

We offer 30 days for change of mind returns, starting from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are liable for the return back to us, and we ask that you use a tracked shipping method for your protection.

To request a return, please email us first at info@bondespresso.co.uk. Items sent back without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@bondespresso.co.uk.

Do not attempt to return the item without confirmation – we’ll assess the issue and let you know the next steps.

All products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or drink)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)

  • Gift cards and sale items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item (once confirmed by us) and then place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with UK returns, items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: banks and card providers can take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@bondespresso.co.uk.
